Çocuk Güvenliği Standartları

Voyarch yalnızca yetişkinler için tasarlanmıştır. Çocukların güvenliğini tehdit eden içerik ve davranışlara karşı sıfır tolerans uygularız.

1. 18+ erişim kuralı

Voyarch yalnızca 18 yaş ve üzerindeki yetişkinler tarafından kullanılabilir. Kayıtta doğum tarihi serbestçe girilir ve sunucu tarafında 18+ sınırı uygulanır; Apple ve Google mağaza yaş kısıtları da kullanılır. Yaş hakkında yanlış bilgi vermek koşullarımızın ihlalidir.

Bir hesabın reşit olmayana ait olduğundan şüphelenir veya bunu öğrenirsek hesabı kısıtlayabilir, askıya alabilir ya da kapatabiliriz. Kullanıcı karara info@voyarch.com üzerinden itiraz edebilir. Yaş kanıtını yalnız gerekli olduğunda ve veri minimizasyonu ilkesiyle isteyebiliriz.

2. Yasaklanan içerik ve davranışlar

Çocukların cinsel istismarı ve sömürüsü (CSAE), çocuk cinsel istismar materyali (CSAM), grooming, sextortion, çocukları cinselleştiren içerik, reşit olmayanlardan mahrem görüntü talebi ve çocukları tehlikeye atan her türlü davranış kesinlikle yasaktır. Bu yasak profil, gönderi, yorum, fotoğraf ve doğrudan mesajların tamamında geçerlidir.

3. Uygulama içinde bildirim ve engelleme

• Gönderi, yorum, profil veya kullanıcı eylem menüsünden Şikayet Et'i seç.
• Mesaj ekranında ilgili mesaja uzun basıp Mesajı Şikayet Et'i seç.
• Kullanıcı/profil veya konuşma eylemlerinden Engelle'yi ayrı olarak kullan.
• Reşit olmadığından şüphelendiğin bir hesap için “Reşit olmayan kullanıcı” nedenini seç.

Uygulamaya erişemiyorsan veya ek bilgi vermen gerekiyorsainfo@voyarch.com adresine yaz. Acil fiziksel tehlikede yerel acil yardım birimlerine başvur; Türkiye'de 112 Acil Çağrı ve ALO 183 kullanılabilir.

4. İnceleme ve müdahale

Bildirimleri önceliklendirir, erişimi sınırlar, ihlal eden içeriği kaldırır ve gerekli hesap yaptırımlarını uygularız. Otomatik metin kuralları ve görsel güvenlik sinyalleri riskli içeriği reddedebilir veya yetkili, denetlenen moderasyon incelemesine yönlendirebilir. Moderatör erişimi görev için gerekli içerikle sınırlıdır.

Görünür CSAM veya çocuklara yönelik yakın tehlike tespit edildiğinde gerekli verileri güvenli ve erişimi kısıtlı biçimde korur; yürürlükteki hukukun gerektirdiği ölçüde NCMEC CyberTipline ve/veya uygun yetkili merciler, kolluk ya da çocuk koruma birimleriyle paylaşırız. Soruşturmaya zarar verebilecek şekilde kullanıcıyı uyarmayız veya materyali yeniden dağıtmayız.

Child Safety Standards

Voyarch is designed only for adults. We apply zero tolerance to content or conduct that threatens children's safety.

1. Adults-only access

Voyarch is available only to adults aged 18 years or older. People freely enter their date of birth during registration and the server enforces the 18+ boundary; Apple and Google store-level age restrictions are also used. Providing false age information violates our terms.

If we suspect or learn that an account belongs to a minor, we may restrict, suspend, or terminate it. The user may appeal by emailing info@voyarch.com. We request age evidence only when necessary and apply data minimization.

2. Prohibited content and conduct

Child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sextortion, content that sexualizes children, requests for intimate imagery from minors, and any conduct that endangers children are strictly prohibited. This applies to profiles, posts, comments, photos, and direct messages.

3. In-app reporting and blocking

You can report safety concerns in the app and block an account separately:

• Choose Report from the post, comment, profile, or user action menu.
• In a message screen, long-press the relevant message and choose Report Message.
• Use Block separately from user/profile or conversation actions.
• For a suspected minor account, select the “Underage user” reason.

If you cannot access the app or need to provide more information, emailinfo@voyarch.com. Contact local emergency services when there is an immediate physical danger.

4. Review and response

We prioritize reports, restrict access, remove violating content, and apply appropriate account enforcement. Automated text rules and image-safety signals may reject risky content or route it to authorized, audited moderation review. Moderator access is limited to content required for the task.

When apparent CSAM or imminent danger to a child is identified, we preserve necessary information securely with restricted access and report it, as required by applicable law, to the NCMEC CyberTiplineand/or appropriate competent authorities, law enforcement, or child-protection agencies. We do not alert a user or redistribute material in a way that could compromise an investigation.
